Wild Blue Yonder

A few months back my son and I found ourselves stopping at this old roadside air museum and took some really neat pictures of old planes and other military equipment. This is one of my favorite shots. If you look at it just right its almost like you can see it in the sky soaring in the wild blue yonder.

Pride Rock

This picture I'm very excited about. I am donating a print of this for a charity Auction later this month for a organization called Pride Rock. They house large cats that can not be returned to the wild. All proceeds go to help provide the much needed care and support of these amazing creatures

Colorado Homestead

This has to be one of my most favorite pictures. Its one of the first ones I took and it reminds me of home. Its is about 5 miles from my parents house in Eastern Colorado. If only these walls could talk. What would they tell us about the life of this house. Thats what I think about when a I take a picture. Whats it's story?

Fort Worth

Today my son and I found ourselves Downtown just enjoying the day together. We took the camera in hope of finding some cool shots. I think we got a few. It was a great day just to spend time talking about what we like and dislike about photography. My son seems to have a little bit of a photo bug himself. So it was neat getting to see his thoughts and ideas for some great angles. This shot is in front of First United Methodist Church. I have passed by many times and I'm always stunned by its beauty.

Ever since moving to the Fort Worth area, I have been captivated by these amazing and stunning angels outside Bass Hall in downtown Ft Worth. There is just something about them I just love.

Here I go!

Ever since I can remember I have loved a pretty picture. So many times if you look long and hard enough at a picture you can almost see it come alive or tell a story. I used to get lost in picture books as a kid, anything ranging form animals or landscapes. It could be something so bright and colorful or something alittle more mysterious as black and whites. To this day evey where I look I can see a picture out of something. Day to day life, buildings, faces, flowers, family, freinds, everywhere I look there is a picture waitng to been seen Through my Lense!

I hope that you will enjoy the pictures I start to post, many are a work in progress. I'm by far not a professional but these are my visions, my preceptions and my stories. I'm hoping that as I grow as a photographer that I will be able to share it more freely. This is a side of creativity I'm excited about expanding because nobody can tell me its wrong. I think I just might find out more about myself by doing this too.
